About Me!

Hi! My name is Gil Hananel,

I'm an aspiring Game Developer currently attending the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA, majoring in a Bachelors in Computer Science.

I've been developing games in Unity for over 4 years, in that time, I've participated in 11 Game Jams and released almost 20 games on my Itch.io page. 

• I love trying out different genres and remaking mechanics from games I love!

I also have experience with full stack development in Java with tools such as Javafx, MySQL, and SceneBuilder, and webscraping with Python and Beautiful Soup. 

• Additionally, some important classes I've taken cover topics such as data structures and algorithms, and software engineering project management methodologies. 

My interests include pixel-art, animation, baking, and seals!

• Some of my favorite games include Psychonauts, Elden Ring, and Spelunky!
